Vintage Windsor 27" Road Bike Wheelset Aluminum 36h Sunshine Hubs low

These wheels came from a very low mileage late 70s Windsor road bike that lived most of its life in indoor storage. They have a few scratches and some minor grime near the hub/axle area, but no issues that affect the function. I don't know who the manufacturer is, maybe Weinmann. They don't have the ridges of Araya rims of that era and the only branding I could find was the "Windsor" stickers. The hubs are pretty standard Sunshine 36-hole, will work with a Japanese freewheel. Both are quick release. One of the rim strips is missing, it was ripped in 2 places and fell off when I took the tire off.
